Payment can be refunded only in case of cancellation of the competition. Change in venue and dates will not be considered as reason for refund of the registration fee.

Competition winning and awards

Winners selection is the sole discretion of referees of the respective competition. Organizer and its associates do not influence referee decisions and are not responsible for those decisions.

Teams' objections regarding referee decisions will not be entertained during or after the completion of the event.

Organizers may disqualify or revoke awards if:

  • Misbehaving with referee, organizer or competition teams.
  • Lobbying against organizer or associates to negatively publicize the event.
  • Disagreement with a decision and raising objections outside process.
