Overview

We’re committed to a smooth experience for every participant, school, team, and buyer. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, this policy explains what’s possible and how to proceed.

Order cancellation

  • You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing info@technoxian.com with your order details.
  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, we’ll guide you on the next best option based on the order status.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • The product received is significantly different from what was described.
  • You received the wrong product.

Non-refundable items

Downloadable digital products and software are not eligible for refunds.

Refund process

  • Contact support within 7 days of receiving the product at info@technoxian.com and include order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos if applicable.
  • Our team may request additional information to validate the issue.
  • If approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method.

Refund amount & shipping

  • The refund amount depends on the circumstances and the condition of the returned product.
  • If a product is defective/damaged, we’ll issue a full refund (including shipping charges where applicable).
  • If the return is due to change of mind/incorrect ordering, shipping charges may not be refunded and return shipping may apply.

Return shipping

If a return is required, we’ll share step-by-step instructions. Please package items securely to prevent damage in transit.
