INNOVATION CHALLENGE

INNOVATIONS aims at cultivating the skills amongst the youth and all the technical aspirants by offering a robust platform to showcase your ideas and get recognized. Participants are supposed to compete with their projects, concepts, and innovative ideas. All the Futuristic, creative, innovative, sustainable projects/concepts are welcome. Projects which synchronise with the current needs of the industries and have the potential to disrupt the current course of technology will be Awarded. So, brace yourself and join in the League of INNOVATIONS.
- In the Junior category, only 150 Teams are eligible to participate, encompassing both national and international countries.
- The competition is open for all 150 Teams are eligible to participate, encompassing both national and international countries.
- All participants will get certification of Participation from “All India Council For Robotics & Automation (AICRA)” .
- INR 2,50,000 to be awarded to winning teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Jr. Category : RoboClubs/ Schools or individuals may nominate. Participants’ age should be between 8 to 16 years.
- Open for all : Colleges/Universities every age group can participate.
How to Get on Innovation Challenge
Innovations targeting any field of science & technology or leveraging technology to solve problems in Real-Time. However, the innovation must be a physical working implementation of the idea being presented along with all the necessary documentation. Innovations in the field of AgriTech, EduTech, HealthTech, FinTech, etc. or any other field with technology can be accepted for nomination.
Innovation and project ideas that are software-based and aim to solve a problem for the current industries and society can also be nominated. Technologies may include Cloud based projects, Machine learning projects, Artificial Intelligence Projects, Web applications, android applications, Cyber security, Blockchain, Bigdata, Cryptography, etc.
Startups/Participants with ideas of a startup can also participate to showcase their innovative ideas/concepts and get it recognized globally on the largest innovation platform.
Note :
- The projects should be working and be able to demonstrate their functionality along with all the necessary data and supporting documents.
- The project will be judged on the scope of innovation, creativity & uniqueness, and future scope.
Steps to Get on :
- STEP 1:Register your RoboClub or Institute as TechnoXian RoboClub online at the official TechnoXian website. If you do not have a Club or institute, you may form a new TX RoboClub.
- STEP 2: Once your RoboClub is active, you may select the Innovation Challenge category from the competition list in your login panel, and apply. You will also be needed to select members from your club who will participate in the challenge. A maximum of 10 members in 1 team can participate. A club can apply multiple teams for the same challenge.
- STEP 3: Get ready with your innovative project, and share a synopsis of your project with 250 to 500 words.
- STEP 4: Prepare a video of 1 minute to 5 minutes (maximum 100 MB), showcasing team readiness, creativity, preparing for challenges, or anything to show passion to participate in TechnoXian. Share the video either by email at videosubmission@technoxian.org (as Google Drive or We transfer) or WhatsApp at +91 9289095404 mentioning Your WRC ID (Competition ID). All videos will be uploaded on the TechnoXian YouTube channel. (Note: Video is for promotion for our Participants who are coming to participate in Technoxian)
Hardware-Based Projects: This category of competition may include Innovation/Projects related to an embedded system, the Internet of Things, Robotics, Mechanical Design, Control system, etc. The project should be based on any field of science and technology or benefit from technology to solve real-world problems.
Software-Based Projects: This category of competition may include Cloud-based projects, Machine learning projects, Artificial Intelligence Projects, Web applications, android applications, Cyber security, Blockchain, big data, Cryptography, etc. Any software-related project that proves to be an optimum solution for solving real-world problems can take part in this category.
- All the participating projects in both categories will be judged thoroughly in terms of innovation, creativity & uniqueness, and future scope.
- Participants should make sure their project is submitted along with the necessary documents and be able to demonstrate its functionality.
- Each team/individual participant will be provided a dedicated place to showcase their project in front of delegates/investors/govt officials etc.
- The team would be invited in front of the Jury to explain and present the project in the evaluation room. Participant may use a ppt/video presentation or they may choose their own way to explain.
- The jury would visit their allocated place to see a demonstration of the project and evaluate
Field Dimensions: Step into the Innovation Project Display Zone, meticulously designed to highlight participants' groundbreaking innovations. The spacious dedicated areas for each project category, with interactive booths showcasing prototypes and technologies. Engage with creators, explore detailed a presentations, and witness firsthand how these innovations are shaping industries and driving future, advancements.
Project Showcase: Jury members would visit the display zone as per the given schedule. Teams may be asked to give presentation in a separate room and further they have to give demonstrations of their products.
Judges: The innovation challenge is completely controlled by the Penal of Judges and led by Chief Judge. He has full authority to enforce the rules of the challenge to which he has been appointed. Judges observe and supervise all the teams, participating during all days of the competitions to give final scoring and make decisions.
The Chief Judge may only change a decision on realizing that it is incorrect or, at his discretion, on the advice of Co-Judges.

- Implementation and feasibility in the market – 15 Marks
- Eco-Friendly – 10 Marks
- Development Scope – 10 Marks
- Scope of innovation, creativity & uniqueness – 15 Marks
- User Experience – 10 Marks
Registration Fee :
- For Indian Residents: INR 2950/- (Inclusive GST) per challenge.
- For NRI(Non-Resident Indians): USD 65 per team.
