INNOVATION CONTEST CHALLENGE

Hardware carrying project:

It include project based on robotic, embedded system, science and it may involve electrical, electronic or other hardware component. Project will be judged on scope of innovation, creativity & uniqueness of innovation.

Non Hardware project:

It include project based on software, operating system or application like mobile app development,cyber security, product designing etc. Project will be judged on the criteria of innovation and creativity.

Highlights:

  • 300+ Teams participating in Quadcopter Championship Challenge.
  • All participants will get certification of Participation from "All India Council for Robotics & Automation(AICRA)" . Team Coach will get separate certificate.
  • Cash Awards INR 100,000/- to winning teams.

Innovation Contest Challenge:

Innovator's team has to showcase their project developed with unique idea that will change the future of robotics and useful to nature or human being.
Contestant team has to give power point presentation during competition as well as showcashing their project.

Winner Team's will be judged,upon the following criteria(based on 100 points).

Game Points:

  • 90 Points: Creativity, innovation, usability, possibility to commercialize etc.

YouTube & Instagram Points:

  • 5 Points: YouTube likes (1 Point for each 50 Likes).
  • 5 Points: Instagram likes (1 Point for each 50 Likes).
  • Record your video or take a picture of your team preparing for TechnoXian Championship. The procedure to send us your video & photo is,

  • After scrutiny, we will upload that video/Pic on TechnoXian YouTube channel or Instagram and update you.
  • Maximum 5 points will be awarded to teams based on number of likes on your video/Pic. 1 point will be given on each 50 likes.
  • Final likes will be calculated before 7 days of the championship.
  • First Round: Project presentation, the scoring criteria of this round are; originality, usefulness and feasibility of the proposed project. Scoring will done on the basis of quality of presentation.
  • Second Round: The scoring criteria of the second round are: idea fulfillment, design, user experience, compatibility and accessibility of the implemented mobile application. Every submission will be graded on a scale of 1 to 5 by several members of the jury. The jury will not have access to any information regarding the identity of the app's creators. An application can win in more than one category.

Team Members & Mentors:

  • Contestant acknowledges and agrees that organizer may collect, store, share and otherwise use personally identifiable information provided during the registration process and the competition, including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and curriculum vitae. organizer will use this information, including for administering the competition and verifying contestants' identity, postal address and telephone number in the event a contestant qualifies for a prize, and if agreed to by contestant, for recruiting purposes, by the competition's corporate partners or sponsors.
  • Contestant's information may also be transferred to countries outside the country of Contestant's residence. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations similar to those of the country of Contestant's residence. If a Contestant does not provide the mandatory data required at registration, organizer reserves the right to disqualify the entry.
  • Contestant has the right to request access, review, rectification or deletion of any personal data held by organizer in connection with the Competition by writing to organizer at this email address: info@technoxian.com

WARRANTY AND INDEMNITY
Contestants certify that they have the right to enter the Competition. Each Contestant certifies that his final application submission is new, developed specifically for the purpose of the Competition, and has never been published before on any virtual platform for mobile applications. Each Contestant certifies that all parts of his/her code, compilers and other binaries used in the processing of inputs into outputs are either original, or are licensed, royalty-free, for use by both organizer and all Contestants in a way that does not: (1) infringe any third party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation.
A Contestant may be prohibited from participating in this Competition if, in organizer's sole discretion, organizer reasonably believes that the Contestant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition by:

  • Providing false information concerning his/her identity, postal address, mail address or telephone number:
  • Breaching any of the provisions set forth in these Terms.
  • Threatening, harassing or interfering with the ability of other Contestants to effectively participate in the Competition.
  • Threatening, harassing or interfering with organizer Competition for Android Organizers, or other organizer members.
  • Refusing to comply with these Terms. organizer further reserves the right to disqualify any submission that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party or otherwise does not comply with these Terms.

Claims or concerns about suspicious activity or cheating in any Round must be delivered to the Competition administrator within seven (7) days after the end of that Round. If organizer suspects cheating or violation of the Terms by any Contestant, organizer will in its sole discretion research such claims and take the appropriate action. All decisions of organizer in these matters are final and binding.

INTERNET:
Organizer is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission. organizer is not responsible for theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of submission materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind. Organizer is not responsible for inaccurate transmissions of or organizer's failure to receive Contestant's output information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof, except to the extent that any death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of organizer. If for any reason a portion of the Competition website is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Competition, organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. organizer reserves the right to select winners from eligible submissions received as of the termination date. Organizer further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the submission process.

Organizing Committee:

  • The organizing Committee is a union that consists of few communities and associations. The organizers of this competition are Times World Group & All India Council for Robotics & Automation (AICRA).
  • All decisions about scoring, game play and timing are made by the juries. Teams should completely respect their vote and decisions. Members of the jury will be from different fields of the robotic science.

Venue: Thyagaraj Sports Complex, New Delhi (India).

Registration Fee:

  • For Indian resident: INR 2500/- + GST per team.
  • For Non India resident: USD 100 per team.

Prize Bifurcation: INR 60,000 (1st Prize) | INR 25,000 (2nd Prize) | INR 15,000 (3rd Prize).

Registration mode: Online.

Accommodation: Oyo rooms on 1st come, 1st serve basis. Tariff between INR 500 to 1000 per participant per night.
